Digital Print

Digital Printing is a method of printing directly onto fabric that uses inkjet technology.

The advantage of digital printing is that it can print almost any design on almost any type of fabric.

Digital Print can print artwork with high resolution, details, and unlimited colors, making it a cost-effective printing option.

For artworks with more than four colors, we suggest Digital Printing as the default printing method.

Dye sublimation

Dye Sublimation is a technique in which dyed pigments are printed onto a transfer medium and then applied to a fabric or garment using heat and pressure.

This method allows the inks to fully penetrate the fabric, resulting in a permanent, full-color image with no hand feel.

Dye Sublimation printing can produce full-color, high-quality photographic prints that are resistant to scratching and cracking.

For printing on polyester fabrics, we use Dye Sublimation printing as the default method.

Water-Based Ink Screen Print

Water-Based Ink Screen Printing is our go-to method for printing on light-colored fabrics.

These inks contain pigment embedded in a water-based solvent, making them a more environmentally friendly printing method.

Water-Based Ink Screen Prints have an extremely soft hand feel because the inks are absorbed into the fabrics.

Tie-Dyeing

Tie-dyeing is a hand-dyeing technique that creates colored patterns in fabric by gathering several little pieces of material and tying them firmly with string before immersing the cloth in the dye bath.

The dye is unable to pass through the knotted parts.

The fabric is untied after drying to expose uneven circles, spots, and stripes.

Repeated tying and dipping in multiple colors can result in multicolored patterns.

Screen Print

Screen Printing, as the name implies, employs the use of screens as stencils to apply layers of ink to the print surface.

It is the most cost-effective way to get the artwork printed on bulk clothes with high-quality outcomes.

Screen prints are extremely long-lasting, even after several washes.

Each screen can only be used for one color at a time, and screen-printing is not cost-effective for artworks with more than four colors due to the expensive set-up costs of having screens created.

Lancai Style offers two forms of screen printing: water-based ink screen printing and plastisol-based ink screen printing.

Plastisol-Based Ink Screen Print

Plastisol-Based Inks Screen Printing is our preferred method for printing on dark-colored materials.

Plastisol-Based Inks are PVC-based inks that must be cured at high temperatures to set.

They provide long-lasting color results and can be easily matched to Pantone or PMS colors.

Plastisol inks leave a thin film on the fabric that can be felt by hand and has a thicker feel than water-based ink screen printing.

Metallic Ink Screen Print

Metallic ink printing blends minuscule particles of copper, zinc, and aluminum into a clear plastisol ink to print the required design onto a cloth.

Foil printing is a two-step procedure that involves applying a coating of gold or silver leaf on top of a layer of clear glue.

Metallic Foil Screen Print

Metallic Foil Screen Printing is comparable to metallic inks, but with a shinier finish.

It can only be printed on natural materials and has a color limit of one per artwork.

Because they are applied with adhesives and foil, foil prints will fade over time with many washes.

To ensure the life of the print, all foil-printed designs should be washed inside out.

Puff Ink Screen Print

Puff ink is a form of screen printing ink that has been combined with a foaming ingredient that is activated by heat.

The ink is printed flat, exactly like a conventional print, but as the garment is dried, the ink expands and puffs upward.

This puff approach works particularly well on bespoke t-shirts, hoodies, and crewneck sweatshirts.

Chenille Embroidery

Chenille embroidery is distinguished by its raised and puffy appearance.

Stitching rows of French knots onto a fabric foundation with a thick thread such as chenille or yarn creates the design.

After then, the knots are ripped open to create a fluffy, textured effect.

Embroidery - Direct On Garment

Embroidery is the stitching of patterns on materials with thread or yarn.

They are long-lasting and provide a sophisticated appearance when applied to clothes.

We provide machine embroidery with polyester thread.

Embroidery is not suggested for little patterns under 5 cm since it will not be acceptable.

Embossing

Embossing creates a design that will not fade or wash away by using a metal-engraved die and a combination of time and temperature.

An embossed logo is created by pressing the areas surrounding the mark, resulting in a puffed or elevated appearance.

Cotton, polyester, leather, pleather, fleece, and polar fleece textiles respond well to this approach.

It has a very sophisticated appearance and is a unique alternative to typical decorating techniques.
