Here are the following things that summarized details of what your entire project is all about before we begin your clothing collection.

Preparation Before Starting

Branding Files

Your logos in vector files format like .AI, .PSD, .EPS, or .PDF.

Design Drawing

Tech packs or if you don't have them, at least 1-3 high-resolution inspiration images in different views or sketches.

Artwork Files

Files for embroidery, print, hang tag, care label, and packaging must be in a vector file format with dimensions stated.

Sample Sizing

Ready a size chart of garment measurements for each design. Do note that body measurements can't be used.

HOW TO GET STARTED

Step 1

SEND US AN INQUIRY

After submitting your inquiry, we will discuss your project requirements in 48 hours.

Step 2

DESIGN SUBMISSION

Once we receive your submission, we will work out and send you a custom price estimate for your project.

Step 3

PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

Don't have a tech pack? No problem - we can draft and design one for you. The tech pack will contain technical information, details, and instructions which will be forwarded to the factory to manufacture your garment.

Step 4

SOURCING

After accepting the estimated price, we will ask you to send us samples for fitting and size reference if you have any. We'll start the sourcing process, find the suitable fabrics and trims for your design, and send them to you for selection and confirmation.

Step 5

CREATION OF SAMPLES

During the procurement process, our in-house design team will help determine your details and develop a technical package for your design. We will send these technical packages to you for your confirmation before starting to make samples. Note that since everything is made from scratch, it usually takes 2 rounds of samples to get all the details right and ready for mass production.

Step 6

BULK PRODUCTION

Once you are satisfied with your samples, we will start mass production after receiving your approved samples and deposit.

Step 7

QUALITY CHECKS & CONTROL

After bulk production is completed, our quality control team will inspect the product to make sure there are no issues. We will patch parts and correct any issues before sending to the packaging department.

Step 8

PACKING & SHIPPING

We come to the final part! At this stage, we will help you with the shipping paperwork and arrange for your product to be delivered to your door. Finally, we need to pay the final payment and shipping cost before shipping your product.

Do You Offer Organic And Recycled Fabrics?

Yes, we can supply any type of fabric including organic cotton, bamboo fabrics and similar natural and certified blends as well as recycled fibres. Sustainable apparel manufacturing is important to us, and we're happy when our clients want to go down this route. In particular, customers from the US, Canada, Australia and Europe are increasingly interested in organic options, and we think this is a great trend in the future. We only source sustainable fabrics from certified organic apparel suppliers and double-check the materials before use

How Much Do I Need To Start?

Typically we see clients requiring anywhere from $500 for a t-shirt collection to $1,000 for a womenswear/menswear collection of 50 pieces/color/style.

What Are The Minimum Quantities That I Can Order?

The minimum order requirements are 50 pieces per COLOUR per STYLE for 1 DESIGN.

For custom-developed fabrics, the minimum order starts from 1500 meters to 2000 meters per fabric type.

What Are The Lead Times?

It usually take 25~35 days to be completed using stock fabric and 50~60 for custom produced fabrics.

Leads time are calculated on estimated from the date we start to the completion of production.

What Are Your Shipping Options?

We offer a variety of options to suit your budget or requirement.

We use various shipping providers like DHL, FEDEX, UPS and & trusted freight forwarders to ship your orders by either air or sea freight.

For orders weighing above 100kg/500 pieces, we offer sea freight options to certain countries.

Do note that delivery times vary depending on the delivery location and sea freight takes longer than air freight for delivery.
